Very attractive and well maintained Hampton. They were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was spotless which is not always the case at Hiltons hotels. The scrambled eggs were moist and delicious. This is also unusual for Hilton eggs.
This Hampton Inn is new, and everything is really comfortable. It's all you expect from a Hampton Inn. Staff was nice enough, and we enjoyed our (hot) breakfast. The only thing that really bothered me during the night was a way-too-bright light in the room's smoke detector. It goes on every few seconds, and the bright white light shines through your eyelids. The hotel is conveniently located for visitors of the national park.
Stayed on Oct. 9 - - very impressed with all aspects. Great staff and a nice breakfast. The room was very nice and everything was quite clean.
Room was clean. Breakfast was full and hot. The staff made recommendations and were super helpful. There was an older gentleman working the second shift at the front desk and he was amazing. The younger gentleman in the morning from Morris was great too with lots of knowledge and recommendations. Definitely will stay here again if ever passing through.
A clean and busy (but quiet) hotel that’s very close to the national park. Breakfast hours during the week day are from 6-9 am, during the weekend it’s 6-10 am. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful with a late check in. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to visit mammoth cave.
Easily some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! My only small complaint would be the room temperature the first night. Night two was just fine. It’s pretty central to everything you could want to do around the area. Very clean location and tasty breakfast.
Everything about our visit was great! Thanks to Jeffrey for helping us with some minor issues. He resolved them quickly. Also the pool was clean and the right temperature and breakfast was good.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we especially want to recognize Jeffrey at the front desk for making the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly kind and attentive. Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. He handled everything with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who truly seems to care about guests the way he does. All staff members were great and the hotel itself was comfortable.
